yeah it from you no moving and when you like dont walk around or anthing the blood will goto your legs and puff and with like suger and stuff but when you move around they should go down
Well what type of shoes do you wear since your on your feet all day.. That could be the reason that your legs are swelling!!!!
You need to sit down if at all possible or when you go to bed at night prop your legs above your heart and see if it keeps the swelling down…
