Author: I am a Certified Medical Transcriptionist. I’ve taken a 3 year course and 4 month internship. I have applied to every medical transcription company I can find. Ive been to mtstars, mtwanted, mtdaily, monster, everywhere! No one will hire you unless you have minimum 2 years experience! How am I suppose to get 2 years experience if no one will hire me! Ive put too much time and money into this, can anyone help me?

You need to apply at hospitals and physician offices in your area.
No one is going to hire you for online work without AT LEAST 1 year of experience!
try a local hospital or clinic, possibly even part time at a doctor’s office. I personally think the hospital choice would be best, as you can learn different accents and different worktypes.
