A urologist performs this procedure. Whether or not you need a referral to a specialist depends on what kind of health plan you have – contact the insurance company for guidance.
Uhm. Well look in the yellow pages for someone or you can contact YOUR doctor and ask him.

He needs to find a urologist. There are lots of ways, and it is up to your insurance company. Call them. Sometimes you need a referral.
You can also go to a non-profit clinic (like I did), or get a referral from Planned Parenthood. I was paying cash, because I didn’t have insurance. It was only $250. Today he can get one for about $600-$1000. But if he gets a referral, your insurance may pay 100%.
Tell him it was a "piece of cake". There are no side effects, and it leaves no scar.
