There isn’t much you can do really. Its just like Lice, bedbugs are resistant to anything you may use. You may just have to get of the mattress or whatever its on itself all together.
first off simply throwing away a mattress will NOT solve your bed bug problem. Bed bugs despite their name get into everything, not just bedding.
You really do need to call a licensed pest control operator to do a professional job. IN the case of your mattress their are "bed Bug Proof" bedding encasements available online or thru your pest guy. These will salvage your bedding, safely.
remember their is NO EASY fix for a bed bug infestation, call an exterminator!
