It has been hurting persistently and my gums are beginning to cover some of the stitches, but they are white in color. Is that normal? How are they going to remove the stitches if my gums are covering it? Also, I cannot close my jaw. The last tooth in the upper row (the one right next to the extraction) gets in the way when I close my jaw. It seems to be out more than others. Is this due to swelling? Because it literally hurts to chew if I touch it accidentally.
