Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not some teenage twilight freak that wants to get this disease and become a vampire. *eyeroll*. But I remember that there’s some sort of disease that has striking simularities with the myths- a strong desire for blood, aversion to pungent scents (like garlic, for instance), burned easily in the sun. I know it’s extremely rare, and non communicable, but out of curiousity, does anyone know what this disease is called?

I bought some new mattreses for my parents and we’ve always put them out in the sun but a few weeks later we found bed bugs hiding underneath the sides of the mattress eventhough we put the mattress in the sun. My Dad even had to get rid of his mattress cause we couldn’t get rid of the bed bugs.
