What is the fear of thinking your going to get a disease that you see happen to someone?

If you’ve seen House then you’ll understand this more. On House-the TV show- they show how children – adults get these 1 in a million or billion chance disease. Everytime I see something like that happen to someone or hear that it’s happened to someone, I end up thinking that sometime soon it’ll happen to me. I wish to know the name of the ‘phobia’ that I have or a scientist/doctor/someone who I can contact to ask. Thank you.

How do I cure my nauseas and prevent vomiting?

Oh God I feel awful. This happens once in a while but I start to have nauseas and because I suffer from a phobia and can creat panic attacks, I would like to know how can help me. Please I really really need it. I want to cure my nauseas because I don’t like to throw up…I have a phobia to that.
By the way this is not pregnancy.
