How much will it cost to take the course? I hope its not much because I dont want to take the medical transcription course and then not be able to find a job. Is it worth it?

I have tons of books and software from my Medical Transcription course, most of them are brand new. I am trying to sell them and want to know the best way to get rid of them? I have listed them on eBay, but they are not selling well.
I have all of the SUM cd’s, book of style, foot pedal, medical dictionary, etc.

I am just completing my medical transcription course and was wondering how it works from home. I find the field of Pathology the most interesting and would love to work in thaf field, working from home. What I’m wondering is how it works, for instance, do I tap into a website to get the transcriptions? Thanks for any help.

I graduated from an extensive medical transcription course a few years ago. Though I’ve had a lot of practice, I’ve never actually worked in an office. My husband and I only have one car and the kids are in school during the day. Where can I apply for an at-home medical transcriptionist position in the mornings that doesn’t require me to buy hundreds of dollars worth of equipment/software?
