I’m just asking this question is because my project about this on infectious disease is due tomorrow so I need informations about it and also what kind of medicine that can cure people from it.

A new friend , has Crohns Disease and has gas that’s really terrible ,is that gas? have a communicable infectious Disease that can spread to innocent bystanders ?
The smell hurt my nose and now i have a sore throat.

For example, some people can get hives, sneeze, and have several other symptoms that makes it look like like an infectious disease, but it turns out to be completely psychological. What is that type of condition called?
