Author: I just moved into a new apartment about 2 months ago and have found bed bugs in there. I haven’t been in any hotels, or have had many people over, and my furniture is new so I know the bugs came from the apartment. Is it the apartments responsibly to get rid of them? I learned I am allergenic to the saliva of the bugs and break out in hives, so I cannot even stay there while the bugs are there, would they also need to take $$ off my monthly rent or put me in a hotel. Thanks.
