Is there a way to completely, 100% prevent heart disease? Or is there a way that just hasn’t been found yet? Or is it impossible by nature?
Thanks for the answers! I find it curious, though, that heart disease is only present in developed countries. It is a "Western disease", and hasn’t been around for all that long. I don’t know exactly how long, but if you go a certain amount of years back in history there was no such thing as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.
I have a sore throat. I’m not thirsty, it doesn’t hurt when I pee, I am kind of tired, but that’s probably because I didn’t get much sleep last night. My question is, are sore throats a symptom diabetes?

I thought it was an Endocrinologist but I’m being told that they deal with metabolic issues such as diabetes.

Ive noticed that when i go through my day and don’t have any sugar i get severe headaches… There not the normal headaches, as pain radiates all over. However all it takes is a piece of fruit or a soda and im fine within a matter of minutes. Is this a symptom of diabetes?
