Author: Ok respiratory therapists help a newbie out. I have to do a research paper on a disease related to the respiratory system. Of course all the biggies are taken. Any suggestions?

My husband is 60 years old and has end-stage dilated cardiomyopathy with several severe secondary conditions and right-heart failure, copd and asthma. He condition is poor, he has difficulties breathing and often gets fatigued by only the slightest exertion. Lately he has developed a new symptom, muschle ache in his whole body. Could that be related to his heart disease, or is it a sign of something else?
