Just need a explanation of how and why some get it and some dont,

I have kissed alot of women and have never had it, but my friend got it from his girlfriend. They been together for years and now he has it. Does this disease just pop up?

Do people use this as a sign of cheating?

I was told I have chlamydia, and yesterday I went to get my treatment medication for it. I’ve noticed that for a while now, my scrotum area has been itching alot, but it comes and goes. But I just ignored it because I thought it was normal. But lately, I’ve realized it’s probably a symptom of something. Is it just this chlamydia I have or is it something else? Or is it just normal?

I find that alot of the regular bottled medicines make me too drowsy, even the none-drowsy ones.
What are some natural methods (like secret family recipes with herbs) that you use or know to help cure a cold?

Sometimes when i bend over to pick something up, or get up too quickly, i get very dizzy. It has been happening for a while, but it has started getting worse lately. Could it be diabetes? Does anyone know what this symptom may be related to.
I’ve also been feeling really thirsty, i have to use the bathroom alot, and i’ve been having sudden mood swings, and an increase in appetite.
