hi, my wife is not VERY fat, but ABOVE AVERAGE fat, she has a problem of sleeping in a chair with a sitting position, i mean it is not usually, it happens EVERYDAY, she just does a leisure accounting job , and she does not even need to cook everyday, and i do all the other houseworks, but she just begin to sit sleep after dinner regularly everyday. so it is not because of tiresome. is that sitting-sleep just a bad habit or some kind of symptom of possible hidden disease?
Thanks. my wife have no asthma, sleep apnea or something like that. she is just 30 years old. i just guess such a regular sleep sitting up and sleep addiction might be signs of high blood pressure or heart disease when she get old
could be a sleep disorder, could be dietary. either way it’s not normal. there is definitely an underlaying medical problem. get her to go to her MD and diagnosed properly.
have her checked for sleep apnea its probably easier for her to breath sitting up i sleep sitting up in the chair when my asthma is acting up tho im normal sized
