My husband is 60 years old and has end-stage dilated cardiomyopathy with several severe secondary conditions and right-heart failure, copd and asthma. He condition is poor, he has difficulties breathing and often gets fatigued by only the slightest exertion. Lately he has developed a new symptom, muschle ache in his whole body. Could that be related to his heart disease, or is it a sign of something else?
I am sorry to read about your husband’s health issues and with that said; you need to call his physician about this immediately. Your dear husband has too many health problems to not take one "new" symptom seriously.

watch the new food, stick to low fat, tried and true.
avoid high fat food like red meat and cheese.
