I’ve never had sex, but I have every symptom of pregnancy. What could be causing this?
I’ve had the symptoms for over two months. Even weight gain.

yes, it can happen. Many of the symptoms can be caused by a hormone disorder, others can be caused by the belief of the woman that she might be pregnant. You should see your doctor to rule out a hormone problem.

A case of all symptoms being caused only by psychological disturbance is very rare, but there have been cases. One woman even experienced labour.
