I felt exactly the same way about 2 weeks ago, and still do really. Just dont feel yourself and want to be alone? if those are true im pretty certain its depression. A mild case though. Feeling disconnected from people and surroundings is basically you just wanting to keep things to yourself, which again is depression. I know how you feel, you're not alone. Good Luck, chin up chuck :)

Could be a symptom of many OR not even be related. The only way to really understand if something could be wrong is talking with a trained medical professional. This alone is not enough to base anything upon it. Could be you just have bad social skills, not related to a disorder at all. Always think of the best and make sure you tell ALL symptoms you've been experiencing (not just one or two). Everything is related when it comes to the body/mind.

It sounds like depersonalization or derealization.

I would go to www.webmd.com or www.mayoclinic.com and look it up and see if it fits what you are feeling.
