without cutting the bed open or damaging the bed?
What are some signs of bed bugs, because I think I seen one on my bed along time ago, but I never seem more since!

Bedbug infestations can be difficult to eliminate, as the pests can hide in a number of places. Mattresses and carpets suspected to contain bedbugs can be thoroughly vacuumed to remove the pests, with mattresses then being covered and left in a sunny place for as long as possible. Bedding and clothing can be washed thoroughly in hot water. However, professional pest control should also be considered, especially in larger or repetitive cases.

pour gasoline on it. They hate it! they will crawl out then. AFter that just air out the mattress for a couple of hours.

I would imagine that you would have to flip the bed cover back fully and quickly to catch the little critters! hope that I never find any lurking in mine :-) Evidence of them show their castings and blood spots.
