The only thing that i know that works is allergy shots.... you usually get 1-2 allergy shots a week for a couple years. It sounds intense, but it is well worth it... especially if you are getting asthma attacks from being around dogs and cats. And i agree with you benadryl and anti histamines just take off the edge for me.... basically useless, because i can still get asthma when i go near my allergens.
