My grandmother is looking to get a spinal decompression done by a doctor in America. This is the information of the doctor she’s chosen:

Dr. Melinda Keller of Brooklyn Spine Center (1117-57 Brooklyn, NY 11219)

I’m assuming this doctor is a chiropractor. Is it necessary that I pay for background information, or can I obtain it for free?

  • Stargazer008:

You can check the license status through the NYS office of professions. Not sure if this is what you’re looking for exactly, but good luck:

Here is the info of that doctor that you stated:

When I was looking at changing doctors, I found that I could Google the doctors name and find a number of patient reviews.

Im not sure exactly what information you are looking for, but I found the reviews very helpful.

  • Dan:

You can do background checks online easily: http://linkbee.com/BackgroundCheck

Note that there is a fee involved.
