Could be an ear infection or a sinus infections causing equilibrium problems.
Could be dehydration and general light-headedness.
Could be any number of things, but honestly you probably need to treat the fever, rest, get nutrition and keep hydrated. If it's a virus it will run it's course. If you get worse, or symptoms increase greatly then I'd head in. But like anything, when it comes to medical advice, if unsure...head to the professionals.

What ever it was before it is a sinus infection/ear infection now. Your balance center is involved - that is in your eat btw - so you feel dizzy and woozy if you move your head too fast. you should probably get a culture to find out if it is viral or bacterial.

Hi,
Ive had somethink simplier to that it feels like the blood is rushing in your head, Ive had a couple of sore throats and my head at times has felt really heavy and pins and needles, my ears have also been acheing abit, I also had a temperature. I had'vt had a cough though. Im thinking it might be a ear infection or maybe sinus's.
