A few years ago I had an episode where I was extremely anxious for about 2 weeks. During that time, I started to feel a pain/pressure in my left arm, similar to the feeling you have when your blood pressure is taken.
I have had this symptom off an on since then, but only very mildly. In the past few weeks, it has gotten a lot worse. I have been under a lot of stress lately. I am only 29 years old. Does this sound like stress, or could I potentially have a heart problem?

Hello
Have you seen a doc yet about your problem with your arm. It sounds like lupus too me.But I am not a doctor you need too see your family doctor asap.Cause if it is lupus you will be in a lot of pain on a constant.I don’t no if i am aloud to say this but i do no of a pain reducer.Good Luck Hun.
It could be something that is developing into a heart problem, if I were you I would go to the doctor and have my pressure checked before it gets any worse, Recently one of our students died,(16 y/o boy) who look very healthy, two weeks later our water polo coach (49 y/o) died, both of them heart problem. So age doesn’t really matter, just have those symptoms checked and hope everything goes fine, GOOD LUCK !
i read some quick recipes for stress – free menus. The ingredients include two cups of sliced carrots, half a cup of sliced green onion, ¼ teaspoon of salt, black pepper, two medium sliced oranges, two cups of sliced mushrooms, one pound of fresh skinless salmon, flounder fillets, or code. Frozen fish is also accepted. Two teaspoons of finely shredded orange peel, four gloves of halved garlic, and four teaspoons of olive oil are also required. If you want, you may add four springs of fresh oregano.
do not take ur problem lightly, c a doctor and get further checks done(ecg, chest x ray, echocardiography). angina pain usually spreads to the left arm and the left jaw. the fact that u were in stres might be a predisposing factor.
Arm pain, back, neck, shoulder and other muscular pains can all be symptoms of stress. But arm pain is also a known symptom of heart issues; so it is prudent to get it checked with doc as soon as possible.
