I have bed bugs in my apartment…Any way to get rid of them?
That doesnt work
neither does the spray
None of these work
I washed, and called the extermiator, none of these are working
And they bite really bad

Borax is doing a decent job for me. It’s cheap and they hate it. I put on in a jar and sprinkled some on it. It takes time but it kills them. It’s burns the little boogers . Also try Bayer advanced home insecticide to squirt in the ceiling wall cracks etc. I’t is strong so open the windows after use. Also sprinkle a light dust of Borax near your bed and between the matress and springs. Vacuum and dust with new borax every couple of weeks. I’ve been online and everyone cries about calling exterminators. People are just whiny and helpless. Most exterminators are in bussiness to "Control" not totally exterminate. I know a couple. They have to leave a little something to keep coming back.
Oh and vacuum cracks and crevieces before laying borax to suck some of the boogers up. I know I do this myself.
We had this problem when we moved into an older home. The pest bombs work the best but you have to place them under your bed and put 2 or 3 off, depending on the size of your apartment. If this didn’t work for you then you didn’t have enough bombs off. Also sweep off your mattress, if you can afford it then buy another mattress and burn the old one.
I think Dateline did an expose on bedbugs last year. Apparently they are becoming a sort of pandemic so to speak. I do know that you need to try to find out where they are coming from. Could be inside a bed frame, inside the mattress, cracks in floor, etc….
Yes, contact landlord and COMPLAIN LOUDLY and in writing. If landlord did do the exterminator, contact again in writing infoming them that they are not gone and ask for a response in writing what they are going to do about it. Nicely of course.
You poor thing!
Move out of the apartment tell them that you want to break your lease for extreme bug problem you had to pay out of your pocket for pest control
Get a new bedroom set. It might be bugs are coming from the wood.
i dont think you have them… you mite have FLEAS but. i wiould recomend cleaning that place. Purchase a flea bomb and you will be good to go.. just follow the instructions on the package
everyone has bed bugs that dont mean you are a nasty person but to keep them down you need change your sheet reguarlly and and flip your bed once in a while and also spray it once in a while . i am sure you are a clean person we all have our phobias lol but dont worry to much
they are very hard to get rid of but in winter months they are easy if you can sit furniture outside because they live in heat and darkness. you have to get rid of all the carpets….. wah everything in hot water. or call an exterminator. very costly but will work.
good luck cause your gonna need it!!!
If you’ve positively identified your problem as a bed bug infestation, it is time to sanitize the affected areas. If you can spare money for another mattress it would be a good idea to throw your old one out. If you can’t afford another mattress, vacuuming the mattress and applying a sealable cover should be sufficient. Meanwhile, all clothes, linens, and bedding should be washed in hot water, and the immediate area vacuumed thoroughly.
Insecticides are not an option to get rid of bed bugs, because insecticides should never be applied to an area where you sleep. Sticky traps, like those used for mice, are a good way to capture rogue bed bugs that have managed to escape your domestic exorcism. Some insecticides like Boric Acid might be used in areas around the bed, but never on the mattress itself.
try using double sided sticky tape around the bottom of you bedposts and move the bed away from the walls. this should catch them before they reach the bed
Either clean your sheets every week or just buy new ones, I heard you get bed bugs by not changing your sheets often as you should
Steamer will work. You can buy a hand held Steamer at walmart for under 20 bucks. All you do is steam your matress. U fill it up with water turn it on. It will get hot and start steaming then take off your sheets on your bed. and start steaming your bed like you are ironing it. Also you can use it to steam your clothes so you willl not have to iron anymore!!!
Bed bugs come from traped lint and dust in your bed mattress. Hope that Helps!!! : ) Have fun fighting the Bed Bugs!!!
You can do any of the following:
1. call a pest control.
2. wash your sheets and comforter
3. disenfect or bomb room [usually a pest spray]
4. dont leave dirty clothes on floor
5. ask your neighbors if they are having the same problem.
6. buy a plug that makes a sharp sound that keeps them aways, only the can hear it not humans.

When you take your sheets off to wash them (should do it every week or so), spray down your mattress with lysol and then turn the mattress and spray the other side with it and put fresh sheets on. Also, have your apartments come and spray for bugs. This should clear it up.
bug spray
Spray it with bug spray. Talk to them as well. that worked for me
I wouldn’t worry too much about them just don’t let them bite you while your sleeping, try insect repellent.
exterminator. =P
Flip the matresse every 2 months, and wash your sheets every week.
Wash your freacking sheets.
You need to get an exterminator. That is the only way to get rid of them. I would talk to your landlord as chances are others in the apartment complex probably have them, too. Maybe your landlord will even pay for the exterminator. They are a pain to get rid of and often take more than one treatment. You also need to wash all your clothes, sheets, blankets, etc. in really hot water. Then seal (air tight bags) the clean items until after the exterminator sprays. Bed bugs do not mean that you are not clean and cleaning your sheets alone will not get rid of the problem. for the actual bites, nothing you can really do except put anti-itch cream on them to try to help.
